A man came to our office two times, grabbed checks for the company and to the City of Philadelphia, said he would complete the job in two weeks... He cashed the check, never showed up again and I can have an answer. This started in February 2026 and now we're in September.

He came to survey our property in order for us to put a fence in. He explained his timeless and deadlines he would have in making sure we have what we want. He is very professional and explains himself well. I would highly recommend to the next person.

Unfortunately, everything went smoothly until they never showed up to fix a mistake they made. The survey was completed, the drawing was sent to us, but they didn’t properly mark on the lot where all pins were located. We explained via email that we were struggling to find one of the pins and they promised they would send someone out to mark them properly and make it visible. As of today, no one has come, we haven’t heard back from this company and now we’re looking for another surveyor because these people didn’t do their job right.
They came out right away and took measurements. Extremely professional service. I was given both printed and electronic copies of the property surveyed. Very, very easy to work with
