Grace and her team are very kind people! They are super friendly and she got back to me very quickly. There were some forgotten items regarding what was to be done, i.e.- things I asked for that did not get done and some mishaps during the clean, (Family heirloom that was broken during the clean and spilled wax/ wood gouges on a hand made wooden stand) Accidents happen, and that is totally understandable however, I just wish I was told about either one. I found the bottle and noticed the wax on the carpet and wood gouges after they had already left. I do have high cleaning standards so that said, from a basic everyday clean stand point they did well. I do not see this as a deep clean, again according to my standards, and everybody's are different. Some of the specific items I requsted, really needed and wanted done unfortunately, did not get done. The closet organizing, some of the baseboards, window tracks etc. If you are looking for a standard, everyday clean, I think Grace and her team are a good choice, if you are looking for a very detail oriented clean done by top tier pros, maybe another company would be better.

Grace is wonderful to work with! She is quick to respond with a quote and was flexible to fit into my schedule. She assured me that we would receive a deep cleaning and we did! I can say nothing more than I was thrilled with the work that Grace & Sons did for me! Grace is professional, kind, thorough, and an amazing cleaner. I have to tell the truth, my home was an absolute train wreck. I was embarrassed of the mess, but too overwhelmed to even know where to start. Grace was understanding and went to work to turn my world right side up. It is wonderful what a clean organized home can do for the spirit! I recommend Grace without reservation. I am not a person to say, "do this, do that..." I wanted a professional who knew what to do, and how to do it - Grace was that person. And, she arrived on my doorstep at that exact time we agreed upon. Talk about professional! I cannot show you photos of my home when Grace arrived. When I say it was embarrassing, I'm not kidding, but I will ask you to imagine the worst, and take a look at the after photos. She worked until she was done, and everything was clean and in its place. I I am so grateful!
