AC broke down on 6/24 when weather was 100 degrees and extremely humid. Tony the service technician came the next day and fixed my condenser problem. I’m EXTREMELY HAPPY!! He was professional, punctual and I highly recommend Granty’s Topline Services. Price was fair and reasonable. I will definitely be using them in the future again.

The technician was friendly and eager to help, but the experience was disappointing. He arrived unprepared, didn’t bring basic tools or supplies, and left the job incomplete. I later had to hire another professional to finish the work. While he had a good attitude, the lack of professionalism and follow-through makes it hard for me to recommend him.

They did the work as per what I told them was written by my maintenance company Typically I like to know what work they are doing and explain to me All I was told that ur maintenance company asked for it and we did it No effort was put to explain what and why After spending $890 I still don’t know what was done and now I need someone to come explain Terrible customer support
