I called and within 10 minutes they responded. In one hour I had someone arrived at my house. Now, in 2 hours my furnace was kicked on and running. It did require a few parts, which like a car..it’s not cheap. But these parts were necessary. The bill was extremely reasonable. The service man was polite & very professional. He came, fixed it and completed the job. I made sure I took his name & number. Thank you Louis!!

When the tech arrived he said they don't actually do the repairs that I requested but priced a replacement job for lots more money. They pulled a bait and switch on me.
Grasshopper was great communicate with. They were very understanding of being a teacher and working with me on when I could answer the phone. They did great work. I would recommend them.
Grasshopper quote was about $5-8k higher than local plumbers; and >$3k higher than other major big company around here for a boiler replacement.
Initially the price was very high but in the end it was within reason. All workers were more than a pleasure with work with.
They responded rapidly to an emergency situation and got the job done well though there was nothing easy about it.
Did not show up. Apparently you have to call to confirm your appointment. If I was able to regularly make phone calls during business hours I probably wouldn’t be using thumbtack. They did not follow up again at the appt time.
Stay away from this company! They use people like fools! They sell products at unnecessary prices!
