They barely even looked at our drain problem. They only wanted to upsell us a much bigger job and then we were charged for absolutely NOTHING! Don’t use their services… my husband did it himself! The guy used our service call to train a new employee! Terrible experience and poor customer service

Jeffrey Gray is the consummate professional in all areas. Initially, I really was impressed with his consistency in keeping me updated on his arrival time. We discussed my showed leakage issue - he did not attempt to 'up-sell' me in any way - he removed the old corking around the shower and replaced the grab bar which had rusted. Jeffrey was very knowledgeable about other plumbing issues. His work was excellent and I have no hesitancy in referring him to others or using his services again. A happy customer!!

I could give fewer stars because I paid double the initial estimate. But the additional cost was due to upgrades required to bring the installation up to current UPC. He replaced an almost 50-year-old gas water heater in the basement of a 95-yr-old house. Jeff is knowledgeable about the code, and commited to doing the job right. His communication regarding status of job was impeccable. I would recommend him without reservation.
