Stephen’s response to my request for quote very promptly. After we exchanged info and agreed on pricing and told me he would be able to come by and swap out my Hayward Cartridge filter unit on the same day. He came within 2 hours and completed the work. He also gave me some tips and tricks on pool equipment maintenance. Definitely use him again for future swimming pool equipment repair. I’d highly recommend Stephen and the Grazing Dog Pool team

Stephen from Grazing Dog came to my house the day after I listed my request on Thumbtack and was able to complete the work. I have hired Grazing Dog to perform my bi-weekly pool service. Stephen was extremely nice and professional and was able to provide answers to all my questions. Prices for Bi-Weekly services are extremely reasonable.
I recently had an air leak in my pool and I was lucky to come across Stephen, he agreed to come over the weekend and fix the issue as I was traveling shortly after. After I saw the quality of his work, how reasonable and honest and how friendly he was, I decided to replace my regular weekly service and hire him instead, and since then my pool never looked better. Stephan was on time, responsive, and knowledgeable. He helped me clear my pool and gave me tips for maintaining the water and the equipment. He even made himself available for a call after he was done. Very nice guy and I will definitely call on his services again in the future. Highly recommended.
