This is an updated review: I had a bad experience, and quite a few things went wrong. However Great Dane Realty is currently actively taking steps to take responsibility and rectify the situation. In the end, things happen sometimes - the most important factor in a business relationship is taking responsibility for your role in issues that come up. So, I'll grant them a good review, as they continue to work to rectify the situation.
Peter has been fantastic taking us through the process, when we really didn't know what to expect. The experience is ongoing and honestly couldn't be better. We recommend Great Dane everyday and twice on Sunday. They're the Best!

I highly recommend Great Dane Realty for property management services. He advertised my home for rent and in a couple of days he had found suitable tenants. He also got me a price $400 higher than my last rental. He also went the extra mile to make sure the home vac system was working properly and reinstalled smoke detectors. I will absolutely use this property management again in the future.
David has been an absolute pleasure to work with! My house had a number of projects in need of completion to make it tenant-ready, and I'm astonished how much he was able to get done in such a short time frame. It would have taken me months to contract out the work he was able to manage in less than a couple of weeks. It is a tremendous relief to know that my property is managed by such capable hands.
