We are available to assist you with your move. Our rates: $80/h for 1mover, $110/h for two movers, $145/h for three movers and a minimum 2hrs, each flight of stairs if any is $13 and a one time truck fee for $70. This includes packing, loading, unloading, breaking down furniture and putting them back together and removing tvs from the wall if any. If you want to move forward please send me your address and phone number to reserve your appointment. We will bring 18ft moving truck, dolly, handtruck, blankets and shrink wrap to protect your furniture from scratches. our basic insurance covers uptil $100 max. I reached out to schedule a move, and they confirmed both the date and time. However, after I sent the deposit, I was told that the date was no longer available. They offered to issue a refund, but the refund attempt was declined three separate times. After that, I was told the deposit was non-refundable, even though they were the ones who couldn’t honor the confirmed booking. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience and poor customer service.

I had an emergency move to make on short notice and this team came and moved me in a timely manner. The building I was in didn’t have the best set up which caused some delays but the crew was able to communicate effectively and work around the challenges. I have now rebooked them for a new move since they were helpful and great to work with in the past. The pricing is also very fair.

I would highly recommend Great Movers! They moved a heavy desk out of storage to an upstairs room in my home. They were great to work with, timely, professional, and did a great job. I plan to hire them again shortly.
The owner and crew did a good job and were careful with my items. My only issue is that they were late. Owner explained the issue with his crew which seemed unavoidable. He then arranged for another crew which included him. All in all a good experience and I will use them again.
Damaged property and never finished work but took up 6 hours 3 guys for $890. And I’m a 51 year old woman that has to finish the job. WOW. But let me comment on what they did right. Communication in the beginning was great prompt and consistent. But why come with a truck and not finish the job and say it won’t fit? Can you imagine a moving company saying it won’t fit? And they charge you? And I paid ! I tried to organize for them to finish the next morning for min charge $300 two hours and agreed even though it should have been offered for free! And he send me a text at 7:30 saying he can’t make it when I’m already waiting for them.
