The technician only vacuumed the inside ventilation hose in the laundry room, failing to clean the main duct and the outside roof ventilation. I ended up hiring a separate contractor with license to get it cleaned. Very disappointed

Cleaned out my electric dryer vent line. Fast efficient work and the dryer works much better.
They arrived on time ~11:19 on 4AUG26 and left ~1223 on 4AUG26 (all time stamped by my doorbell camera). They quality of the work was above average and they corrected the problem including some unforeseen issues as well. However, $650 for two workers to perform a job that was 1 to 1.5 hours of work is overpriced (that equates $325/hr per person).
I had a very disappointing experience with Green Air Duct Cleaning Services. They advertised unlimited vent cleaning, but they only cleaned one vent. The work did not match what was promised. We are also still seeing dust coming out of every AC vent after the service, so it doesn’t seem like the ducts were properly cleaned. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
The techs did a good job. But we didn’t need the upsell as we explained we are in the process of a move and only needed the basics.
If I could, it would be zero stars. They quoted the job no questions asked back to back $89 for Cleaning dryer duct. I ordered this for my elderly parents. When the technician showed up they cleaned deduct and charged them $320 when I talked to the company, they refused to do any refund and said that the job turned out to be bigger than they thought they never communicated that to either me or my parents and my father just paid them. This is a total scam.
They were quick to respond. When they arrived, they found a much cheaper solution than what I was seeking, and completed in same day as the inspection. Very professional, and good sense of humor.
Did a great job. This was the first time ducts were cleaned in over 40 years. My allergies are better already.
Dan and Enrique from Green Air Duct Cleaning did a really good job for us. They explained everything and showed us with video/pictures. They both were very professional and personable
I had a great experience with these folks. While they were accessing my attic through the garage they broke my garage door opener (which was pretty old and likely would have broken soon anyway). They did right by me and got it fixed, staying late into the evening and going above and beyond to do the right thing. Unfortunate incident, but they followed through with integrity which I really appreciated. I would hire them again!
Had our fireplace and chimney inspected/cleaned and they did a wonderful job. Eli and his partner were communicative throughout the whole process, very polite, and worked quickly. Will definitely use again for yearly maintenance!
Avi was very knowledgeable and was very quickly able to identify the issues with our chimney/fireplace and fix/replace it. He found problems that our house inspector missed while we were purchasing the house, and answered a ton of our questions and gave us pointers on the regular maintenance that we would need to do to prevent larger repairs from being necessary. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for fireplace maintenance or repairs.
Was fast and easy. Didn't push any offers on me but did inform me of things that I was unaware of.
We originally had them come do an estimate for insulation and we learned my home cannot have it done. They did however find mold and provided a lot of guidance along the way. They were great to work with and recommend them for mold remediation. Great to work with and fast!
Great work. Quick to get someone out. Kind and helpful.
Be prepared for the upsell. Cheaper rates upfront but that just gets you the basic services. It will be more expensive than you think
Eli did a fantastic job getting my chimney and dryer vents cleaned out! He was on time, very knowledgeable, and made sure that every was fully cleaned out. He did a great job describing the services and ensured that we came to a mutually agreed upon price.
Great work by Dan and his team. They came on time , inspected the air duct , throughly cleaned the duct , treated the mold , cleaned the dryer vent . Highly recommended. Their pricing also very reasonable. Below before and after pictures.
The team member was very helpful!!
Lucas was amazing. Did a great job doing a deep sweep of chimney. Gave us recommendations for additional work and noticed that our dryer vent needed attention. Very thankful for the thoroughness!
