Green Eco Solutions booked an appointment with me at 9:30am on Monday and was a no show. My husband took time off work just to meet with them and wasted a day. The following day, their office admin, Kayla, texted me as if nothing happened. When I mentioned the no show, she offered no apology. She then proceeded to tell me that my house was 60 miles away from their office and that they had a 3 window minimum. When I told her that Bruce already obtained the owner’s approval for 2 windows as they were 59 3/4 x 60 windows, she mentioned not for a house 60 miles away from their office. My experience was very frustrating as they knew my home address, the quantities of windows, their sizes and the job I was seeking to complete from my initial inquiry. I even reconfirmed all the elements with Bruce over the phone on Wednesday and via text message on Thursday last week. Yet, they still opted to waste our time. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

harging 40k retail for an 8ft by 8 ft bathroom with discounts (20k+$) Moving 3 fixtures all about 2 feet total. High medium grade product but better exists out there. Competitors also offering warranty transfers and lifetime warranty. This company seems to potentially outsource their plumbing. Salesman was kind sincere and knowledgeable but his hands were tied. To the owner you should be ashamed. Everything here is factual and accurate. The owner Joe called me and was screaming in the phone I recorded the whole conversation for anyone yo hear how unprofessional they are.

They were very quick to respond and answer my questions. Provided an estimate of work via formal invoice. Scheduled a suitable date to start the work requested.
It was a great experience. We're satisfied with the outcome.
Totally insane. Asks for your credit score before an estimate. Basically assumes women don’t own or have money to afford repairs.
