We are a Phoenix-based private chef and catering company specializing in organic, whole-food cuisine inspired by my travels of the world’s Blue Zones and the Mediterranean regions of Italy and Spain. My cooking is rooted in simple, seasonal ingredients, high-quality proteins, edible flowers, fresh herbs, and scratch-made sauces- food that is both nourishing and deeply flavorful. That's where I fell in love with the art of nourishing people through beautiful, intentional food and creating shared experiences that unite us. That same care lives inside every menu we create. I’m highly detail-oriented, ingredient-driven, and committed to quality. We use organic, thoughtfully sourced ingredients and avoid seed oils, refined sugar, gums, soy, and unnecessary additives whenever possible. We hired Shannon for my sister's bachelorette party and she completely delivered. We had a lemon/flower market theme and she ran with it, the tablecloth, the flower arrangements, every detail was exactly what we'd envisioned. The food was outstanding! The truffle risotto especially was one of those dishes people are still talking about. The olive oil lemon cake disappeared before we even thought to take a photo! Shannon and her team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish, and we'd hire her again without hesitation. She even sent us the recipes the next day since we were raving about them! Highly recommend to anyone in the AZ area looking for a private chef experience that actually feels special!

Shannon is incredible. So professional and communicative. The food was amazing. The truffle risotto was our favorite part of the meal. Incredible experience for a micro wedding for 15 people in Sedona. Truly amazing. Carly is very detail oriented and has the right experience to create a very high end dinner party at a reasonable price. Her background and experience make her the perfect person to create your vision. Super flexible and accommodating with regards to menu planning and helping achieve our vision! Carly was wonderful to work with and contributed enormously to our being able to host a beautiful bridal shower for my incredible niece. Carly responded quickly and informatively via email and phone, suggested a perfect menu and prepared amazing food for us. Instead of traditional shower games, we asked Carly to demonstrate creating a fantastic charcuterie board for us- very inspirational not to mention delicious! I recommend Carly’s Catering without any hesitation- I would definitely hire her again- the event was just beautiful!
Carly came to the rescue for us when we had our original chef cancel on us last minute(like 4 days before the event!!) She was so responsive, understanding and totally flexible. The food was amazing and she was so great! Highly recommend and would use again!!!

This was an amazing night! I was super busy with work and had zero time to plan a dinner party for a special event and found her last min. She was amazing and planned a special meal in such a short time. Everyone, including me thought the food was so good and they still talk about it! Also made good left overs the next day. PS...Her and her assistant were so nice!!!
I’ve never done it before — but I will do it again!! That is, I will work with Carly whenever I can and haven given her information to several friends, one of whom is solidifying a date and will call to set things this week. Our evening was perfect in every way.
I hired Carly to come to my house and cook for my wife and me to celebrate our wedding anniversary. She immediately responded to my inquiry for the event.
