Did a great job diagnosing the issue with our refrigerator. highly recommend
Reached out within an hour of my inquiry. Came to the home within 48 hours. Fixed the immediate issue during the visit. Now we are waiting for additional parts as maintenance / prevention of additional issues. Also offered excellent pricing.
The person arrived and did not introduce himself. He left a mess behind that he didn’t clean up. The issue was not fixed and I was told told to go to Home Depot and pick up parts to fix it myself. I was charged a service fee despite being told it would be waived. When I called to ask about it, I was told that the $100 was not for a service fee but that it would be taken of of the repair fee once I paid it. The bill stated “service” and did not specify what service was completed (as there was not a completed service). When I asked for the bill to be itemized it was not. I sent messages after the call and they were ignored. I was ripped off and will never recommend this place to anyone.
This vendor came to my home and charged me a service fee which should have been applicable to the service. He never provided any follow up, did not give an estimate or complete any work. He completely ghosted. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN ANY MONEY. He collected the service fee and diagnosed nothing. And will not respond to messages, calls or texts.
Timely and professional - Max came to inspect our oven within 24 hours of contacting, quickly diagnosed the issue and promptly ordered replacement parts. As soon as the parts arrived, he was back and did a great job installing. We’ll be calling him for any other needs in the future!

Max was terrific. He responded to our request right away, assessed the appliances thoroughly and did the necessary repairs. He seems to know his job inside and out. He was courteous and professional. We would hire him in a heartbeat.
10/10, thanks again for making a last minute trip to replace the power supply in our cold plunge pro! Will definitely reach out again for other issues.
