Thieves! I requested snow removal on 2 occasions. When I paid for the 2nd trip, he called me and said that I never paid for 2 other trips. they were done without my knowledge and there was no indication that snow had been removed. His only excuse was that they did one trip in the middle of the night (?) He said that once I engage their services I am automatically obliged for regular upkeep at their discretion. Their payments did not go through Thumbtack either.

Stopped responding to me and quoted me double what others quoted, which tells me he was never serious about taking the job. If this was the case, just say it, that way im not waiting for a response and wasting my time.
