Reviews
Quick to respond, professional, kind enough to personally call me when I had concerns. More to follow when we get back from vacation
Was extremely rude when I didn’t answer a couple of the messages. When I did respond saying I was working with someone else and to please stop blowing up my messages. I got a response telling me how much money they spent just to respond to my message. Said he guaranteed better options and prices. Then the following day (after I didn’t respond to the rude message) I got another message saying “but ok”.
It went so smoothly I couldn't believe it my self, wasn't use to that at all. Derrick was a blessing, he went above and beyond his duties. I would diffently recommend Greens Travel Agency ask for Derrick.
Derick was such a help in planning our honeymoon. I went from one option, to him finding many to choose from within our budget! It was such a smooth and easy process. We will definitely use Green’s travel in the future!
I did not use the site correctly, No problem with Green's Travel.
Derick helped us plan a trip to DR. The All inclusive he recommended was beautiful. If you are looking for a travel agent to help you book your next vacation, I highly recommend Derick.
The lack of try and Covid misinformation were the determining factor to not using this agency. We really enjoyed our trip to Panama by the way.
My husband and I had an amazing time in Greece (Athens + Crete ) without having to worry about our stay and travel details. Responded practically at all hours! Will be using again for future trips!
Half as travel agents. Fake travel agent minus well be a Walmart greater. Smh. Agent can't even help nor point you in the right direction.
