I’m a first-time pool owner, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with this service. The guy who provided the information was incredibly knowledgeable and went into great detail about everything.
You have to pay for them to come out and give you a quote. Look elsewhere
Invited Chris out for a consultation, and he provided us with all the info we were looking for. We ended up hiring him for a monthly service and he started right away. Would highly recommend him for service, or even just for a consultation for new pool owners like myself.

I’d say I’m indifferent because Greenwave did not show up. 15 minutes after the scheduled time I received a message saying they couldn’t make it until Saturday. One thing I cannot stand, is people missing appointments without advanced notice. Greenwave can improve in the future by spreading their appointment windows out a little further so they don’t overbook themselves.
My normal pool guy wasn’t available, i posted the job on thumbtack so greenwave pools contacted me and came out to clean my pool. My previous pool guy would leave the pool spotless with crystal clear water. The attached pics is what my pool looked like after greenwave cleaned it. He said he would come take A look at it, didn’t call or text until later as if I was suppose to wait for him all day and do nothing. He then tells me he wants $1500 to do a bunch of different stuff to the pool which I believe was unnecessary. All it needed was better though cleaning. I would reconsider hiring.
