Grind and shine definitely has room for improvement. Paint quality in question with spilled paint on carpets. Asked for $200 deduction to cover carpet cleaning. Also, painters said there was paint in door molding out of place before they started. I’m not blaming the painters as they did report it to manager - but he ignored and failed to act by bringing to our attention. Key learning for me as well to do a complete walkthrough prior to job start so there is full understanding big responsibility.
