🚨 BUYER BEWARE!!! 🚨 If there was a ZERO or a negative star… that probably wouldn’t even suffice… I cannot emphasize this strongly enough: This has been, without question, the single most appalling, unprofessional, and utterly unacceptable experience I have EVER had with a company or service provider. And that is no small statement. I say this as someone who has gutted, renovated, and restored an entire home, navigating countless contractors, vendors, unexpected complications, delays, and challenges along the way. I consider myself an extraordinarily reasonable, patient, and understanding person. I recognize that construction is complicated, that unforeseen circumstances arise, and that mistakes happen. But what we experienced with this company goes so far beyond incompetence that it is genuinely astonishing. It began when they responded to an advertisement for services they apparently did not even provide. What followed was an experience characterized by aggressive sales tactics, misleading expectations, a shocking disregard for our property, and an almost incomprehensible absence of accountability. They entered our home. They removed portions of our staircase. They damaged our front porch. And when confronted with the destruction and the consequences of their work, what did they do? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. So it is ok, for a company to come into one’s home not perform as they said, AND LEAVE YOUR PROPERTY TOTALLY DAMAGED… No meaningful resolution. No accountability. No apparent urgency to address the damage they caused to someone’s HOME. Let that sink in…. A company entrusted with working inside a family’s home should be held to the most basic standards of professionalism, honesty, competence, and responsibility. In our experience, this company failed spectacularly on every single count. I sincerely believe their business practices warrant formal scrutiny and investigation, including by the Better Business Bureau and appropriate consumer protection authorities. I do not write negative reviews ever, and lightly. In fact, I go out of my way to recognize excellent service, extend grace when things go wrong, and support hardworking businesses. But there comes a point when remaining silent feels irresponsible, particularly when other homeowners could find themselves in a similar position. PLEASE, PLEASE DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE ALLOWING THIS COMPANY ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR HOME. Our experience was not merely disappointing. It was destructive, deeply distressing, and, in my opinion, an extraordinary betrayal of the trust a homeowner places in a contractor. If sharing our experience prevents even one other family from enduring what we have, then this warning will have served its purpose. BUYER BEWARE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
