I am thrilled with the work that Grout Works completed in our shower. Catalina was an excellent communicator and sent reminders in advance of coming out. She arrived on time and did an exceptional job regrouting and sealing our shower. Can't say enough good things about her professionalism, skill, and work ethic. I highly recommend her for any grout work that needs to be done.

Cat was very easy to work with for both the estimate and the actual cleaning of the tile. By the time she was finished, the space looks brand new!!!
Such a great experience. Bath and shower look brand new. Great way to refresh without breaking the bank.
Cat did an incredible job on our shower! I thought we’d be facing a full redo of all the tile, but she was able to redo the mess on our previously incorrectly installed grout and sealer. The grout was stained, chipping off, and completely gone in many places. Now it looks better than it did when it was newly installed!
Outstanding job! We will definitely consider hiring Cat again for any future tile projects
I’m so glad we found this company to seal our grout in our new home! They did a wonderful job and were very professional, on-time and reasonably priced. We would definitely use again!
Wonderful! Helped us with a grout issue in our masters! Very responsive, understanding and friendly.
She is a phenomenal lady who is so genuine with her work. She is very passionate about her work and she gives amazing results. I went with a cheaper quote person but was so dissatisfied and had to call Cat to come and correct my travertine and grout stains.
I couldn’t be any happier with the quality and time spent on my showers. I was very pleased with the consultation and the quote I was given to get my showers to tip top shape. I had to have grout removed and new and improved caulk installed due to a poor job to begin with from the original installations. My showers are now sealed to perfection and the fact that Cat came out twice to make sure I was happy with everything was a BONUS! I highly recommend this company and Cat is very easy to work with and does GREAT work with PROFESSIONALISM. I can tell they take pride in their work! Thank you Cat!
Cat is amazing, arriving promptly and getting started with the job. She made our floors look brand new, great selection of colour sealants for our tiled floors. She cleaned, filled and painted on the different colour sealants! To top it off, buffed clean the floors! Work quality and cleanliness is incredible! 8hrs of love given to our floors! Thank you sooooo much
