Very pleasant person to have on property.
Said they would come by at a certain day and time and never did. Never did reaching out to communicate that they couldn’t come or to reschedule or to apologize. Just ghosted me. No respect for wasting peoples time.
I asked him to mow the grass tall and haul away cuttings. He left parts unmowed, he edged it to the dirt, mowed down my new cedar tree (said he didn't see the 15 inch tree), and left clippings on my yard.

Quoted 350 for leaf clean up, mowing, weeding. I over estimated my yard size and screenshotted their estimate just to make sure they didn’t come saying it was more work than requested (someone mentioned in their review bait and switch). They still baited and switched, but they were already at my home so we said F it just do it. Said mowing wasn’t part of the deal, we need 400. Two people were there for <2 hours. If you are going to charge a premium, your work needs to be flawless. There were still leaves in plain view in our front yard, and don’t get me started on the areas not in plain view. Will not use in future and makes me rethink hiring off thumbtack in general :(

I took and sent pictures of my lawn Monday. I was quoted a price that I was satisfied with. They were supposed to come out Wednesday for the job but didn't. I didn't hear back so I reached out Thursday to find out what happened. I was told there was an equipment issue so they would come Friday. The grass had grown taller since Monday because of the rain so the price went up, which was communicated before they began working which I appreciated but was still a little disappointed since they were two days late. They did a very good job on my lawn and I was satisfied with the work. I would hire again.
