Everything well extremely well
I worked with a couple people at Gtex over the past week. They were very helpful and were able to recovery all the data from my Apple MacBook Pro. The computer would not boot up and they were still able to retrieve the data. Awesome. Outstanding service from the moment they answered the phone. The tech was very knowledgeable and plesent. They found the problem (bad RAM) within 30min. They diagnosed for free and when they found the issue within 30min they didn't charge me. They have earned a repeat customer. If there was a six star option they would get that.
