Ruben installed a patio, 100 linear foot fence plus retaining wall, and a few retaining walls for trees that we have next to our patio. He is extremely knowledgeable about everything to do with landscaping from leveling/grading to electrical and sprinkler repair. He is the definition of a “customer first” businessman and gave great recommendations that improved the overall outcome of my project. His work exceeded my expectations in both design and quality. I highly recommend him for your next project - you will not be disappointed!

They did a great job! Before vs After. Professional and fast.

I had a great experience with Ruben and his team. Not only is Ruben a skilled craftsman, he's also really committed to client happiness and customer service. He was great at consulting me midway through a project when he was unclear on things I wanted or as things came up. His team works FAST and they were outside in some of the hottest days of Seattle. The team removed large bushes and did some trimming and landscaping. They also demolished an old, deteriorating deck + patio built DIY by the previous owner. Then they built an arbor, patio in front + back of house and finally, fencing for the front yard so I can build my dream garden and little sanctuary. I am so excited by the work they did because now we can really build the garden and outdoor areas of our dreams. I look forward to creating a gorgeous garden and hosting friends on our new patio for years to come. Thanks Ruben!

Our yard was a catastrophe, and Ruben and his crew transformed it. My husband and I had a rough idea of what we wanted and Ruben designed a beautiful inviting space at an affordable price. I have never liked our yard, but now I look forward to spending time outdoors. I wish I had taken before pictures (I only am able to post 2 pictures of our old yard that do not show just how bad it was). Most of the pictures are after the work. We were also tired of all the dirt the dogs brought in, and this really makes a difference.

Ruben was great to work with from start to finish. His experience was really helpful in guiding the plan we had for the landscaping and he went above & beyond communicating about what was going on. Will hire him again!

Please don’t trust what he promises. He worked on our deck but did not complete the railings as he promised. He kept saying “its already been ordered but it’s been back order.” and after many my urging messages, he sent me a crew for measurement again and the crew said he would talk to Ruben. Then they disappeared. Ruben said he got a big job in the south and my address is not convenient. Before we started he gave me a contract upon my request but it didn’t look official and included only brief information. I trusted him because he seems to be a nice guy but he ended up not completing the job like he promises. We made separate payments as our project proceeds, but he didn’t give me receipts in stead of my multiple requests. When he found the rotten beam, he said it will be $2,000 to fix. Later he told my husband $2,500 and he tried to charge $3,500 until I pointed out what he told me first. I’m hoping our deck won’t need any repairs because he probably will not come to fix at all. Very disappointing experience.

I had a brick walkway and wood retaining wall that was due for replacing, and I hired Ruben and his crew to replace it with concrete retaining walls and paving stones. I managed this entire project remotely from start to finish and fully trusted Ruben to do a great job. He gave some good suggestions on the design, got the job done on time, and really improved the structure and look of the walls and the walkway. You can see the before and after pictures. I would highly recommend Ruben for any landscaping project in the future!
