Renato did a great job installing an interior wall. I would hire him again.

This is the first time using Thimbtack, and I am so pleased over the work professionalism, timeliness and thoroughness in communication, I highly recommend.
Renato was quick and efficient, he came by and gave me a quote and was able to do the work the next day.
Renato was very responsive and was able to give me a quote on-site within a day or two. Very fair quote and completed the project very quickly. Incredibly happy with his professionalism and his work. Will absolutely use Gudiel Contruction in the future.
I want to thank Renato and team for the most excellent experience I have ever had related to home investment projects. They built a double-sided wood gate to enclose my very wide exterior porch patio. They met with me to see and measure the area and let me describe my vision to them before scheduling. Here is why I am so please with this company. Even though I had a definite vision for this gate, Renato let me know when an idea I had had to be adjusted a little bit due to code, aesthetics, or functionality. That is exactly the professionalism and knowledge I needed. He listened and acknowledged my design ideas and made suggestions that I had not considered. Such as, which direction the gate would swing, the design based on wood placement, how much gap I would like under the gate.....and etc. I knew then that Renato would offer suggestions if one of my ideas were too wild. What I appreciated the most was that Renato would ask me if I liked this or that (from time to time) as the gates were being constructed. This ensured that him and his team would not have to dismantle anything because I preferred something different. These questions saved everyone extra work. I did not feel like I had to hover and watch them the whole time because I knew that they would come and find me to show me the progress or ask me another question regarding the progress so far. They were so informative and explained everything to me at the beginning and reassured me that he could imagine what I wanted as I described it to him. That is an artistic carpenter at his finest. They parked close to my house and were considerate to my neighbors. They were so neat even through the cutting and painting and building. Thank you, Renato! I can go on and on. From a woman who trusts your suggestions and skills and honesty completely. I will call you for the next project. Thank you for making my dream come true!
Very thankful to find Guidel Construction. The quality of work phenomenal. showed up on time and made the clients very happy. We will be using them again in the future.
I cannot begin to express how happy we are with the service! He came on time and did a fantastic job. Looking forward to hiring for future projects!
The work was done well, quickly, and at a fair price. They were flexible and quick to update the quote when I needed to add more to the to-do list. I will definitely hire Renato in the future if I need more work done!
So happy with our batten wall! Renato was great at communicating and talking through the options of what we wanted done. He was flexible with our timeline and accommodating with everything. So happy with the work and will definitely book again!
So grateful for Renalto's services. He was very responsive, and open to discussing options to complete the work. We were able to get the work scheduled and completed quickly. He and his crew arrived promptly every morning, and were consciousness about their work. I would use Renalto's services again
Renato was fantastic. He was very punctual and completed all the work on time. Pricing was very competitive. But the real value is the quality of work. Renato is truly an artist. My home is the best looking on the block! His high rating is truly deserved. And he made sure that I was happy with the results. Exceeded my expectations by a long shot.
Excellent experience! Renato and his team member were very professional and communicative. We were very pleased with the outcome of our project. Thanks Renato!
Renato and his team did an amazing job on our 3 walls. Very professional and amazing customer service which in California seems to be missing so to experience it was great. Even when the wood we ordered had an issue Renato worked with us and gave us a solution. I would definitely recommend Renato and him team and would hire them again.
Hi Renato and his team were top-notch. We hired them to build a deck on our back porch and soffit on our front porch with real wood and lighting. Their estimate for materials was spot on and their craftsmanship and speed were a welcome surprise. I will hire them again and not use anyone else for my home.
Renato and his team is one of the best that I have encountered in home remodeling. He brought my ideas to life and his workmanship was a classic. They are super professionals, you won't go wrong in hiring them. The team did an attic storage for my garage with drywall, it was a great transformation. I highly recommend Renato and his team for framing, drywall and carpentry work. He promised it will be done in 4 days and he did it in 4 days, never seen anyone who is this professional and keeping up with schedule and deliverables. Looking forward to my future projects.
I can’t say enough amazing things about Renato and his team! We needed baseboards in our home and he gave us exactly what we hoped for. He is extremely thorough, went the extra mile to make sure we have everything perfect, was timely, and is one of the nicest men to work with. We’re even bringing him back to work on our fireplace. Thanks Renato!

Renato has so many positive attributes, I’m not sure I can list them all! He’s honest, trustworthy, detail-oriented, hardworking, communicative… most importantly, he cares. He cares about the quality of his work, the quality of the overall experience, and the quality of his relationships. Rudy, Renato’s right-hand man, is extremely hard-working and conscientious – and gets his work done with a great attitude and an infectious smile. Together, they make an incredible team! Additionally, Renato’s network is filled with quality tradesmen, so we were always able to get great people to help with specialty tasks. We converted an existing 1930s garage into a 415 sq ft studio unit complete with kitchen and bathroom. Not a small job! Renato has a “measure twice, cut once” mentality. He reviewed the plans carefully, identified open questions and potential issues, and provided a very fair estimate. He and Rudy did a meticulous job with framing, foundation, insulation, painting, installation of doors, windows, solar tube, and fencing – and more! Their work made our City of Santa Monica inspections a breeze (no small feat!) And they’re fast, they know what they’re doing. In short, hire these guys, you won’t be disappointed!
Excellent job! They placed a structural beam to support the roof so we could take out a load bearing wall. They were punctual, finished on time and within budget. Will definitely be calling them back!
This guy is a stud. Would recommend him and hire Renato again. I am a GC and very pleased with this hard working professional.
