My schedule was very tight. Getting a text shortly before the appointment saying traffic was bad and he was going to be late didn't sit well for an estimate. I cancelled the visit as I wouldn't be home for the revised time.

When it comes to a leak in a roof, you don't really have time to wait... these guys were extremely professional, contacted me right away, came out next day for the quote, showed me pictures of what was going on and were fair in pricing. Job completed within 72 hours of request (would've been 48, but gotta love that FL rain). Saved their no. to be my new roofing contact!
We had a relatively small project- installing curbs for our new A/C unit- that needed done. Often on small projects its difficult to get contractors to be responsive. Logan and Gulf Shield were very communicative, gave us a reasonable price, and stayed in contact with us.
I was very impressed with Gulf Shield's professionalism. Their representative Rafael did not try to upsell a simple roof repair into a whole roof repair. That was refreshing, and unlike some other companies who quoted the project. I was also impressed that per my request, the follow up was all by text instead of time-wasting phone calls. He also left the most professional leave behind collateral I think I've ever seen from a contractor. Thank you for that. And, I had inadvertently double booked Gulf Shield with another company at the same time, Rafael was willing to wait his turn. I thought that was honorable, ethical, and a pretty cool gesture. I was also impressed by Daryl and his team's work at fixing the problem. They took 108 pictures of what they did, which is simply amazing! One of them is included in this review. Well done! Lastly, when I noticed a simple billing error, they were quick to own the mistake and resolve it. I think these guys are trustworthy and I would have them return again the next time when we need a roof repair or whole roof installation.
Rafael and his crew were great! Super professional and responsive!
Quickly to my request and the whole job was done in less than a week
Contacted yesterday, got quote same day, fixed today!
I would have chosen all five categories if they let me. The quote was reasonable for the work done. They came out at noon for the estimate and the work was completed just after 5 pm. They repaired my soffit and did some roof maintenance and the tech informed of something that could be an issue down the road. Excellent work and quality. Thank you.
They came and gave me an estimate. They seemed kind and professional. I didn’t go with them for my project.
It was a great job fixing tiles
