I had provided them with a different set of covers to replace my old ones. Instead, they gave me what they wanted. They took my old and new covers and kept them.

Reviews
Excellent work!
Hunter with H&E is a terrific technician. During our semi annual maintenance check, he was able to diagnose several issues that needed to be replaced and gave timely and valuable advice.
great customer service,
Super responsive and helpful. Will definitely choose them again in the future!
Overall good
I have a new home and it's shocking the items that was missed for my inspection. They did a great job and service on a check up
Toke the time to explain, patient and courteous
On time and knowledgeable.. fixed me up in no time.. Am happy.
Slow to respond. Claimed I never got approval from my landlord when I definitely did. Not someone I would want servicing, much less hire.
