I hired them for a clogged toilet which was a tough job. it was performed with urgency, speed, and quality. exactly what is needed at the moment for home owner.
Very responsive and professional! They arrived at my home within an hour of contacting them, even on a Sunday. The repair turned out to be minor, and they only charged for the service, not the part. I really appreciate their honesty, quick response, and excellent service. Highly recommend!
I needed a hose bib installed on my roof deck. Hassan came out to provide a free estimate, and after reviewing other quotes, Hassan’s was the best. I wasn’t sure if the project was feasible, but Hassan was willing to work within my budget. He got the job done for me the next day. Communicative, professional, efficient, and just an overall genuinely pleasant person, look no further if you’re seeking quality and value along with a great attitude. Thanks again, Hassan!
Hassan did a great job dissecting my plumbing problem. Would highly recommend him.
I had a great experience with H2flow Plumbing. Hasan was professional, prompt, and courteous from start to finish. Most importantly, after I dropped a bottle cap down the shower drain, he resolved the issue quickly!
I needed a shower drain replaced and it was a quick and easy fix.
Hassan was very quick to arrive and repair. He showed me some potential issues I may want to keep my eye on, or he could fix for me now. He was not pushy to get a sale and explained to me HOW he would be fixing it. When he was done, we did a walked through and everything was great (after one thing got tightened) I would hire again.
Hasan is a regular and professional through and through. Quick to respond, punctual and great guy all around. Helped us re-route a drain pipe on a time crunch!
Quick responses, quick turnaround, good work, good communication.
Hassan was very quick to respond to our requests, completed the work professionally with a friendly attitude. Would love to work with him again!
Hassan was great. Very willing to answer questions and walk me through the issue, the fix, alternatives, etc. Will be using Hassan in the future for my plumbing needs!
Easy to schedule and work with. Kept me updated on the project since I wasn't home.
I have hired h2flow twice - once to install a new water line for a fridge and second to replace the hot water tank which just stopped working one day. Both times they were very responsive in scheduling a visit. They were very professional throughout. In the covid times followed all the protocols. Overall work quality is great. Why I had no hesitation calling them again for the 2nd job. I would absolutely hire them again.
Did not disclose that they were out of my work zone for couple of weeks, hence delaying progress on my on project. Unprofessional.
Very professional and proactive. I had drains require snaking and two faucets to replace. During the job, other issues were found and Hasan fixed those issues expertly. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. If you ever had to deal with contractors, you know it sometimes is tough to find good ones. I will use H2flow for all my plumbing jobs.
Replaced leaking garden hose bib. Worked quickly, looks sharp. No more leak!
Kind, courteous, and great work! Will call again when we have plumbing needs!
Hasson is amazing!! Got the job done quickly, gave us a wonderful deal and the job looks amazing! Highly recommend!
-Stub out was pex and crooked. -Hit the side of my house when moving a tub -Poor time management. Works hard once on site. -Shower head too far back and too close together, risk of noise/hammering. -Asked for advances when work had not been finished. 50% cost up front had already been paid, so that wasn’t what we agreed on. - Shower surround wasn’t installed level. Would have appreciated a heads up on concerns when he was fitting it. I’m out the price of the surround now too. - cut too much wood away from 2x4’s -We agreed it wasn’t working and elected not to continue working together. I’m having to pay to get my siding fixed and all of the plumbing redone. - Nice person. Easy to get along with in-person and helpful. He is short staffed and use to fast turn around construction jobs. He didn’t want to get a permit. I would recommended it and take a look before the walls are closed up.
