Same-day ant treatment, zero upsell he came out same-day on a Saturday, right inside the 11–12 window he promised. flat price for a one-time exterior ant treatment — no subscription, no pressure to sign anything recurring. He sprayed about 8 gallons of Taurus SC around the full perimeter (more than the ~5 we discussed), interior treatment included if needed, and put down borax bait stations. Paperwork was straightforward: 90-day guarantee and a 14-day follow-up, both in writing before I paid.

Reviews
I had a GREAT experience with the team at HAFA ADAI TPS My patio deck was in bad shape. Beyond termite damage and rotting wood, just not a safe place to hang out. I had family coming to town and wanted to spend time outdoors with my granddaughter. First of all their response to my request was almost immediate, and I had an inspection and quote within a day. The job was done in three days. I can’t say how happy I am with the results. They also rebuilt an awning for me, which was also a hazard waiting to happen. The quality of workmanship is top notch. The crew that came out were very professional and punctual. I am definitely going to hire these guys for my next job.
the work done was very good. Vincent is very responsive and will return to fix our front gate so that it will close easily. More work needed on our back deck is beyond my capability to pay for, but we are happy with the work done on the front deck.
