What a great team! Aaron was quick to respond and was so helpful with the first visit, when he came to quote the job. And the quote was very reasonable. He welcomed me to reach out at any time, and showed up day 1 to introduce me to Steve (project manager) and the team. Steve was always available for questions and made everything come together seamlessly and gave me a lot of reassurance. The team are excellent at what they do. The prep was great, demo was super fast, the tiling job was exceptional, and trim was done so well. I will absolutely use Hammer Hero for my future projects.

We were very happy with the backsplash install we had done! It was scheduled quickly and installed in one day. It looks fantastic!
They were on time, efficient, clean, respectful and communicated effectively and efficiently. Also very reasonable on price. Thank you!
I spoke with Aaron on the phone and explained that we just needed some minor handyman work done. He said he had someone on his crew who could handle small jobs like ours at an hourly rate. I said great—send him over, and I’ll walk him through what we need so we can get a quote. The guy showed up, and I walked him through the tasks. It quickly became clear he wasn’t very comfortable with the work and wasn’t sure how to do some of it. After talking with him a bit more, I found out he was actually a general contractor, and these smaller fix-it projects weren’t really his specialty—though he said he could still do them. In my experience, when someone says something isn’t really their thing but they’re “happy to do it anyway,” that usually doesn’t end well. So I politely decided not to move forward, and we parted ways. Not long after, I got a phone call from Aaron—completely irate, yelling about how the guy was supposed to start work that day and how much money he was now losing. I was totally confused—we both acknowledged this wasn’t the right fit, so I didn’t understand why I was being berated. Aaron kept screaming, told me to f-off, and hung up on me.
Aaron and his team picked up the project quickly and at a great price. Everybody on the team was friendly and did great work on all of the projects we needed. I would recommend Hammer Hero and work with them again!
Communicated really well and got the job done on time
Aaron helped me replace a medicine cabinet in the bathroom and it turned out very nicely. I am happy with the outcome!
Super professional showed up on time seemed to kind of know what he was doing, even though he didn’t bring his snake camera or the tools that you may or may not need. Very responsive called me back several times and asked me if I got the quote….The quote was never in my email….Not spam…still waiting on my quote…
Over a year after the job, this contractor dug up the invoice for me cuz I can't find my copy. I say that's professional courtesy I didn't expect, over the top. He stuck to the estimate price, respecting my budget and when there was a misunderstanding, he had my back. Value, professionalism, and advocating for my best interests. Inviting a stranger into my home to do work, that's not easy. But this guy made sure I didn't regret it.
Aaron and his crew were awesome! They were able to get out to do a quote next day and get to work within 48 hours of initial inquiry. They did a great job finishing out a tricky basement ceiling - great communication and turnaround time.
Never did a follow up with a quote
Aaron is an awesome person to come to your house and give you an honest full detail inspection of the work needed for your job. The time spent with Aaron and the know I gained was awesome. You will never regret having Arron and his company handling any of your needs. It was so nice to have him here. Thank you so much Aaron
