We had an excellent experience with HamptonTech. Raymond recently worked to remove imbedded malicious content and secure our computer and network from future threat. Treat a customer as a scheduled appointment not an afterthought. He got much more money than we agreed on and I’m gonna want $350 back.
I would like a refund of the $300 I paid Raymond Hampton on Tues Oct 13, 2026, for help with my Printer. He said he had fixed it & left. I tried to print from my laptop & coudn't. I called him & asked him for help. He said he needed to install Adobe on my computer in order for me to print. I indicated I would call him on Wed Oct 14 to set up a time. I called him twice & he said he was booked. When I called him a 3rd time he did not take my call.
Raymond was very professional and knowledgeable with his computer expertise. I would definitely call on Raymond again for any other computer issues.

Updating my review because the technician came back and completed the job, and I appreciate him following through and making things right. The camera was fixed to my satisfaction. The scheduling and communication along the way were frustrating and could have been handled better. However, I'm glad the job was ultimately completed and appreciate the effort to resolve the situation.
