About Handy Alex
Experienced & Reliable Handyman – Tampa Bay Hi, I’m Alex. I’ve been working in home repair and improvement for 10+ years. I believe in doing things the right way: quality work, clear communication, and showing up when I say I will. I’m fully insured (liability insurance), so you can feel comfortable knowing your home is protected. I also believe in honest, upfront pricing. No hidden fees, no surprises — we discuss everything before the job starts. Common jobs I help with include: • TV mounting • Door and lock installation • Drywall repair • Ceiling fans and light fixtures • Furniture assembly • Small home repairs • General handyman services My goal is simple: fix the problem the right way the first time and make your life easier. And if that “quick 10-minute DIY project” somehow turned into a three-hour adventure and two trips to Home Depot… don’t worry — you’re not the first, and definitely not the last 😄 Another thing my clients appreciate: I clean up after myself. Your house shouldn’t look like a construction site after a small repair. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest handyman in the Tampa Bay area, send me a message — I’ll be happy to help.

We wanted to share a 5 Star review for Alex! From the start, Alex was very responsive on the app and was very prompt for our appointment! Alex installed locks for us on our French doors and mounted floating address numbers for us. Alex is very clean and meticulous as he works. Would definitely recommend him and call him again for anything I need. Thank you, Alex!
Alex is amazing. He shows up on time and works until the job is done. I appreciate his work ethic and ability to do anything. He's my go-to professional.
Alex did an awesome job with several fixes and odd jobs we needed done. I will definitely use him again in the future!!
I’m in a new townhouse and there are a LOT of surprises and projects- Alex has been a great resource and has been so great at tackling many things!!!! Work is great!!
Alex was so respectful when he came to do our bathroom vanity installation and barn door. He treated our house with the utmost care. A real Red Carpet experience for sure. His work was professionally done without any hassle. We will always call on Alex to assist us with anything we need to have done! Thanks again for the great work.
Alex was amazing!! Would highly recommend! Very thorough and respectful! Quality work as well!! Made my closet look exactly as I wanted! Couldn’t have asked for better!! Will definitely use again :)
We hired him to remove our old kitchen sink and install a new one, as well as to install a new over the oven microwave. The entire experience we had with them was wonderful. He was very punctual, very focused on his work, and just overall very respectful of our home and our time. He was very meticulous and detailed and knew exactly what he was doing. We saved his number and we are going to have him come in for our future needs.
He came a few minutes early and got right to work. He was very respectful of wearing shoe covers in the house without being asked. He worked diligently and cleaned up afterwards. He also asked if there was anything else I needed beyond what we discussed initially. He was really great :)
