It’s unfortunate that I’m unable to leave a more positive review for Mr. Tim. Below is an honest summary of my experience, including both the positives and the concerns. Professionalism: Mr. Tim was punctual and completed the work quickly. I would give him 5 stars for timeliness and efficiency. However, the speed of completion may have contributed to issues with the overall quality of the work. Value: We were quoted $1,300 for three days of work to build a bathroom niche and remove a shower door. The job was completed in less than one day, yet the price remained the same. After the shower door was removed, we were informed that the bathtub needed reglazing, for which we were quoted an additional $400. We were also charged $60 for a curtain rod (without receiving a receipt) and $100 for its installation. Given the timeline and additional charges, we felt the pricing lacked transparency and did not reflect the amount of labor involved. Quality: We requested a tiled niche, but a metal niche was installed instead. Additionally, the reglazed bathtub began peeling the very next day, even though we followed instructions and allowed it to dry for two full days without use. Mr. Tim returned to fix the peeled area, but the reglazing continued to peel afterward. Overall, while Mr. Tim was professional and efficient, we were disappointed in the quality of work and the overall value provided.
Tim is fantastic! He was super responsive, showed up on time and was easy to work with. He did a great job installing a light fixture, new faucet, towel bars/toilet paper holders in two of my bathrooms. Highly recommend him and his work.
Did a excellent job doing the finish plumbing for my stationary tub and wash machine drain on a house flip I was flipping. Showed up on time and did a follow up visit to make sure everything was perfect.
