This person overall did a good job BUT a lot of time (and my money) were wasted trying to explain the job and answer my questions This person DID NOT SPEAK A WORD OF ENGLISH. When he first arrived he had to call his wife so I could explain the job to her over the phone and then she turned around and explained the job to him. Very unprofessional. I could not explain anything or make a point about how things needed to be done because he didn’t understand a word I was saying. Even though he muddled his way through the job, it was very frustrating and not worth the money working with him.
