My focus is quality. I never cut corners, even when it's more expensive. Some of my competitors are cheaper, but I will take the time to make sure you're 100% happy.

Ledian was very responsive. Came on time. He moved a heavy dresser from 1 floor to second floor swiftly. Will hire him again in the duture.
He was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.
I hired this contractor to install baseboards and trim throughout my home. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. After the project began, the price was increased twice because the contractor incorrectly counted the number of doors and windows included in the scope of work. As a homeowner, I relied on his measurements and estimates, so it was frustrating to be asked to pay more due to errors in the original quote. Even more disappointing was the quality of the finished product. Many of the inside corners were not properly mitered, leaving large gaps, uneven joints, and visible seams throughout the house. Several corners appear to have been cut incorrectly and forced together rather than fitted properly. The attached photos speak for themselves. Because the trim work was not completed to an acceptable standard, I had to postpone a painting project that was already scheduled and now need to hire another contractor to remove and redo portions of the work. This has resulted in additional costs, delays, and frustration. To his credit, he did come back to discuss my concerns and ultimately provided a $600 partial refund, which I appreciate. However, after paying approximately $1,850 before the refund, I am still left paying someone else to correct the installation. I try to be fair in my reviews, and I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect professional workmanship and accurate quoting. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this contractor for trim or finish carpentry work. The attached photos show the quality of the final product I received.
Ledian was great to work with! He was very communicative and kept me informed along the way. His work is high quality and I’m so happy to have it all complete! I’ll definitely request Ledian to do more projects.
Didn’t level any of the shelves he put up for me, had to come back twice, and then I discovered he drilled into an existing hole which was causing the coat rack to be lose. I now have to fix my walls and hire someone else to hang these shelves correctly. Sloppy work. I did ask for a refund and he did send it to me. Would NOT recommend him.
I hired Ledian for three jobs: drywall work, stair repair, and bathroom exhaust fan installation. The first went well; the latter two had significant issues. The exhaust fan was installed using brackets designated for new construction only, not retrofit installation — as clearly stated in the manufacturer instructions. The unit was also undersized for the existing ceiling opening, which the included sheetrock template should have identified prior to installation. The fan was not properly secured as a result. I consulted Ledian prior I buying a fan, and I didn't receive any prior guidance on sizing suggestions. The stairs were split with the screws Ledian used, and the underlying issue -- that the stairs were separating from the stringer -- remained unresolved. I hired a separate handyman who was able to address the core causes with blocking and supports, for around $200. When I raised these concerns, Ledian suggested I may have removed the fan myself and argued that manufacturer instructions do not need to be followed. He also suggested the stair work would be complicated and expensive (which wasn't a offer to fix them they way the needed to be fixed) I did not find these responses acceptable. I would strongly recommend confirming scope, materials, and installation standards in writing before working with this pro.
Had three piece artwork hung over my staircase which was very challenging and the serviceman did an excellent job. Very satisfied.
couldn't be happier with the projects completed for me! Will definitely be hiring again.
We had an amazing experience! Ledian mounted our 65-inch TV on a tile wall above the fireplace, and the work was flawless. He is extremely skilled, smart, polite, and really listens to what you want. The installation looks perfect and very secure. Highly recommend his services!
