Rob came out to one of my rental properties on a $65 service call. Rob ended up servicing the plumbing issues in the home; clogged sink and faulty shower faucet. Rob fixed the sink on the spot and came back with the appropriate parts for the shower work. Send pictures of his finished work and the issues he found. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Hired him in March to mount a tv,he was not able to do it stating it was something behind my wall.Left holes in my wall that he promised to come back and fill which he never did and I still had to pay him for a job he did not complete. Totally unsatisfied especially since I hired someone else and they were able to mount my tv on the same wall.

Sump pump is not completely fixed. I put water in the sump and switched it on, black fixture you put in broke loose and water spill all over the place.. Please come fix ASAP, I have water in the sump and can’t pump the water out as well. Update: Technician came back and fixed the issue, it was minor things and he fixed it on time without causing any delay. Thanks!!
Wish I didn’t have to review like this, but the job wasn’t complete. Was having heating issues and said he could correct the problem, but didn’t. In this kind of cold, I cannot afford to wait to get this fixed, so I had to look elsewhere. I just hate that I wasted my money again. Charged $100, but I ended up paying $120. $50 basically for him to come out and then $70 for him to remove something I guess. Even though he guaranteed $100 that the problem would be resolved. Could have gave him the opportunity to come out, but I don’t care to run the risk of being charged again. Other jobs were apparently also more of a priority from other customers rather than fully completing the job I hired him and paid him for. Not to mention the fact he never showed up at the times he said he would. I’m not using another pro from thumbtack. UPDATE. Let it be known, distance was not an issue. His failure to do the job he was paid to do and excuses was the issue. He said he was in town most of the week working in my area. I am knowledgeable of what it takes for repairs to be made as I’ve managed property for 3 years. Attached is his response to my initial review. Unpunctual, unprofessional, and full of excuses. Once again, I will not bother to utilize this professional.
