Showed up on time and was careful with packing
he was great!!
Mr. Wilson arrived on time and communicated well in advance of the job, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in two areas that matter: craftsmanship and close-out responsibility. I was away from the property during the work and had asked to be contacted if any questions arose. My general contractor was also on-site, so Mr. Wilson was not working alone. Despite this, he left without directly notifying me that the job was complete: no call, no text, and without confirming the property was secured. The next day I found the garage door open, the interior door from the garage also open, and most of the lights left on throughout. For anyone hiring remote or managing a renovation, this kind of oversight is a real concern. The dresser assembly itself also did not meet the standard I expected for the rate charged. It was not functional at completion. My general contractor was kind enough to make the proper fixes.
I asked Paul to assist moving a pilate reformer- he accepted and was prompt and we got the job done. He saved my spouse and I “less words” to each other :)
Handyman Wilson did an amazing job at putting together my puzzle piece of a chair. He was on time, fast, and respectful, as I still had a bit of work to do. Thank you!
Good Job
We made an appointment to arrive between 9-10 am. At 10:45, still not here, so I called him. He stated he couldn't come because he was sick, and he couldn't CALL to tell me he wasn't coming, because??? I had a gentleman waiting here to get the supplies from my garage to give to Mr. Wilson, (I'm disabled) so needless to say, it was wasted time for the man waiting here, and extremely frustrating for me. I don't reccommend Mr. Wilson...unless you have nothing better to do than wait.
Paul is awesome!! So happy he was able to help me out. He was very easy to work with: professional, great communication, and clearly hard working. I’d highly recommend him!
Paul was punctual, and performed good quality work for me at a very fair price. I would recommend Paul.
