This review is very much deserved and very delayed on my part! I was traveling and kept putting it off, but potential future clients considering hiring HandyMania should know how fantastic they are!! They can turn any vision into a reality in your home, they work quickly, are capable and honest, and extremely fairly priced. They have done so many projects in my home, all from painting walls to redesigning my balcony, assembling furniture to installing a plant wall, etc. I am excited to hire them for future projects, and highly recommend them!

Hi! My name is Ivan, and I’m a professional handyman with many years of experience. I am originally from Ukraine, but due to the war, I had to move to California two months ago. I am sincerely grateful to the United States for the opportunity to live and work here, and I want to give back through high-quality work and honest treatment of my clients. I have extensive experience in repairs and solving household issues. I perform a wide range of tasks – from minor fixes to full-scale updates in your home or office. I always work responsibly, neatly, and with an individual approach to each client. In just two months on the Thumbtack platform, I have achieved TOP-PRO status, which is a testament to my quality and responsible work. The reviews on my Thumbtack profile speak for themselves – all are positive, with recommendations from satisfied clients. If you need a reliable handyman who will complete everything on time and with high quality – feel free to reach out!

I had a big task for Ivan and Victor: finish out the interior of a tuff shed. Insulation, drywall, paint, flooring. I was impressed with their knowledge from the start. They asked great questions and made recommendations on initial consult, and they were ready to work immediately. They worked through some challenges on my end with material and timelines. I will use them again on future projects!
These guys were incredible! They took my hatchet job and made it so clean. They were also incredibly communicative throughout the process and made sure I was happy with the progress. I even ended up asking for a bit extra while they were here and they were patient with me and happy to accommodate me. Will absolutely be using them in the future.
Dimitri was very responsive and got my project done within a day. He communicated with me every step of the way to make sure I knew what was happening and answered any questions I had. Very pleased with the build and level of professionalism.
Ivan and his partner did a great job preparing my apartment for rental. They fixed everything I asked for and delivered quality work overall, without the need for a full remodel. Working as a pair gives them an advantage—they bring all the necessary tools and, most importantly, the experience to handle the job well. I really appreciate their effort and professionalism. Nice job and thanks!
Ivan was great. He repainted all of my kitchen cabinets, filled and drilled new holes for the new knobs, and changed out my old range hood for a new built in one that he made - to be plastered. He cared about the quality of his work and worked with me to ensure the end product was what I was hoping for. I am so so happy with how my kitchen came out.
HandyMania did an amazing job putting up my shed! They went above and beyond—leveling it perfectly, setting it on cement blocks, and tackling a tough-to-assemble China-made shed with skill and patience. Everything looks perfect, and I couldn’t be happier. I’d absolutely use them again and highly recommend them!
Kudos to Ivan for his great work as always! This is his 2nd time to work for me. I don't usually ask same people to do job for me unless their work is of great quality. Ivan's work quality is a top notch, responds quickly too! My project was done in no time! Not expecting them to start on the spot, but they did! Thanks to Dimitri as well for being a good helper and translator to Ivan, helps speed up the process and everything just went smoothly. Great job! Highly recommend as always!
Dimitri called me within 30 minutes and then arrived the same day ready to work. The job I had wasn’t outwardly complex, but required a high degree of precision with specific screws and washers. There was also 5 custom light bars that needed to be carefully aligned with the wood strips. They crew of two men asked lots of good questions, frequently checked in with me regarding options and worked til the job was done. The work was completed to my satisfaction, which says a lot about their work because I’m very particular. They even came back to patch and paint the 11 holes the electrical guy made. I cannot recommend this team enough! I will hire them again.
Alex and his team were professional and quick and very patient with the detail I needed done! I will be referring him to my colleagues and friends and will use him again for other projects!!
Ivan came to put up a shade sail for me and also a dog gate. He was fast, efficient, and professional! I appreciate how thorough he was. Thank you Ivan!
He did a great job at helping me deconstruct my closet! 10/10 recommendations!
