Happy with the job that was performed but the price was unfair. The technician refused to disclose the issue with me before giving me a price. I paid $225 for him to just tighten the valve.

We had a cracked cast iron main sewer line that leaked into our basement. Happy Drain Guys came out the next morning. They assessed the cracked pipe and was able to remove and replace the old pipe with a new pvc pipe that day. Great work, would hire them again.
Very poor communication if you ask a simple question, the only answer you will get technician has to look into it without that. They cannot speak. Looks like they don’t have any experience.
I hired this company to complete a basement plumbing rough-in for a bathroom, wet bar, and utility sink, which also included installing the shower pan drain and liner for a tile shower. The rough-in for the shower water lines, wet bar lines and drain, and utility sink was completed without issue. However, the problems began with the shower pan drain and liner installation. The plumber originally sent to the job site informed me that he didn’t handle that type of work. After speaking with the owner, he assured me that someone would be sent out the next day to take care of it. Unfortunately, the person who came had no idea what they were doing. The concrete around the drain needed to be broken up so that the drain could be installed flush with the floor. The worker lacked the proper tools and was using a regular drill and bit to try and chip away at the concrete. Instead of properly installing the drain, he attached it well above the concrete and connected the liner to it, claiming the job was complete. When I questioned him about his experience, he admitted that he does drywall work — not plumbing. At that point, I told the owner that I no longer felt comfortable with their company finishing the job. We mutually agreed to part ways and settle on a price for the work that had been completed. If you choose to hire this company, I strongly recommend that you clearly outline every aspect of the job upfront and confirm that qualified individuals will be performing the work.

They repaired one toilet, and inspected one other bathroom. Then they inspected our main line to the main tap, which gave us peace of mind. No more worries. They educated us on our home's plumbing. Booked an appointment overnight for a leaking drain pipe, which was seeping down from our upper level bathroom to our lower level floor. We live in a 1940s townhouse which has undergone some renovations. However, the previous plumbing work in the bathroom was not affective against calcium deposits and corroding metal pipes. As a licensed contractor, Ahmad was very professional and resilient, trying multiple approaches to patching this leak since we were not looking to do an entire plumbing replacement at this time. he also desperately carried multiple necessary, plumbing fittings and gaskets which insured we could get the job done under two hours on a Sunday.
