My first impression was very positive, and overall I was pleased with the work. However, there were some areas that could have been handled better, particularly with organization of materials, communication, and unexpected fees that I was not aware of due to the fine print. The project was expected to be completed about three weeks ago, but there are still a couple of small items that remain unfinished. Unfortunately, I have not heard back regarding those outstanding items. I would consider hiring them again for future projects because I was happy with the overall quality of the work. However, I do have some concerns about potential additional costs, communication, and follow-through, and I would need more clarity and assurance in those areas before moving forward with another project.
