We hired this team for window trim repair, and the quality of the final work was excellent—they did a really great job on the craft itself. They were very busy during the summer rush, and because subcontractors were involved, the project took over two weeks instead of the expected 1-2 days, with a few communication gaps regarding scheduling. That said, I appreciate supporting a local veteran-owned business, and the quality of the repair is definitely there!

We are 2 disabled seniors. Atigun agreed to have our slope down to the river cleared by this past Tuesday, 08/18. 2 men came 08/14 for 2.5 hrs-never returned. Atigun asked to let his Co. repair our unfinished kitchen. He set appointments, and did not follow thru. He ignored text and VMM asking for confirmation, knowing our dire situation, and we lost a full week in securing a contractor to help. I am in disbelief over his callous disregard.
Hardpoint Construction replaced two fans in my rental. He communicated well and completed the job on a late afternoon to accommodate my renters schedule.
They did very well! The project looks amazing!
We had a situation where my parents in Eugene needed help moving boxes and setting up a TV because my dad had an injury, and none of us could get there to help them. We were worried about the new TV and equipment sitting out on the porch in boxes. Atigun was awesome. He responded quickly and made time to run over there and help them out. They felt comfortable with him there, he was very nice and got everything done quickly. Really really appreciated his help on this. Thank you Atigun! I'd absolutely hire him again.
Initially, very responsive and communicative. However, did not show twice when we had set up a time to do the project. The second no-show was without communication letting us know he couldn’t make it. We reached out and although he was apologetic and took responsibility, we couldn’t keep trying to make it work and risk another no show.
The work was done in a timely manner and quite professional. Communication was great! I’m very happy with all aspects!
We used Hardpoint to help us with remodeling our laundry room and the job was done very well and within the time frame quoted. We would highly recommend this service again. We are very happy with the finished product.
