Michael came out after work and replaced our fan motor. While it was more than I was expecting to pay, it was well worth his efficiency and reliability. Our house is finally cool and we’re happy we went with Harmony Airflow. Shout out to Mike for working past 10pm to get us up and running!!
The ductwork under my house was In disrepair causing my house to be extremely hot. However, I could not find a technician to do the work. Lee and his team did a thorough assessment and got everything done to perfection!
When I first called, Clayton and Lee were awesome. Very quick response and explained everything thoroughly. However, there were small red flags. It took them quite a while to get our A/C back running, but since we were so happy to have it working we didn't mind the delay. Fast forward a couple of days, and we started to hear a VERY loud grinding noise coming from one of the outside fan units. I reached out to Lee, and he told me the fan motor would need to be replaced. He explained that they didn't do any work on the motor so that it wasn't likely due to their workmanship. However, since it could certainly look they damaged the motor he agreed to order a new motor, install it, and would cover the cost. He asked that if we could pay anything at all it would be greatly appreciated. I neither agreed nor disagreed to pay for the new motor since it hadn't been making any noises before the work. I wanted to make sure everything was done well before considering whether to share the cost. Also, Lee mentioned he wanted to do the install himself which led us to believe Clay may have unintentionally damaged the motor. Well, I never got the opportunity to considering paying because Lee never installed the motor. First he told me the vendor gave our motor to someone else. Then he said his whole family caught COVID and he wouldn't be able to install the motor. Then he said he reordered the motor but that everything was on backorder. Finally, he said the motor had come in, and that he would be able to install the motor the following week. That was the last I heard from him. I've reached out a few times and have gotten no response. What started out as a 5 star review has devolved into a 2 star experience over the course of about 6 months.

I was in need of quick service while turning around a property that had a bad tenant who smoked oke pot inside and trashed the place. Harmony got their guy out here quickly to do an annual service and duct work sanitization for me. The duct work job helped a lot with the smell in the house, highly recommended!
My A/C stopped working. My Trane is 25 years old. My first thought was, Oh no...this is going to cost me a fortune. It has been a tough year and we have had to basically replace every appliance in the house. I discovered Harmony Services on Thumbtack and I really like their profile and reviews. This happened on Sunday and Lee from Harmony was here on the job the next day. Lee was courteous, responsive and professional. He walked me through every step of the diagnostic process. Keep in mind, my compressor wasn't working. In a nutshell, he basically resurrected my unit from the dead and brought it back to life in excellent working condition. There are no words to describe how pleased I was with his work ethic and honesty. Because of Lee, I feel as though I dodged a huge bullet. Harmony services gets my highest recommendation. If you're the least bit afraid of being sold something you don't really need. If you're afraid of the job not being done right, trust me this once. Call Lee from Harmony and you will thank me later. All that being said, Lee is an amazing person. He's an honest man and very pleasant to talk to. I would never call anyone else for my heating and cooling needs.
We were flipping a house and realized our upstairs air conditioner wasn’t working. Lee came over right away and checked everything out, showed us on his phone what he found , and gave us a quote. Two days later he had a new unit and stayed until he got it done(7:30 at night) we were impressed with is professional work ethic and how he showed us what the problems were and the different options. Will definitely call him again if need be- would definitely recommend him.
Lee arrived on time and got right to work. He found out our issue immediately and dropped everything to run to the nearest store (30 min away) to get the part we needed and was back just as fast to get it installed. Can't wait to work with him again. Thank you Lee!

Lee came out quickly, was on time, and did a thorough job on my heating unit. When he figured out that the fan motor was bad, he worked very hard to get it under warranty, which saved me a lot of money. He worked until he got it all fixed after having to diagnose several problems with the unit. He even stayed late to get it finished. He seems to have very good values and a good work ethic, which is very refreshing. I will be using him again in the future!
