Brianna was exceptional throughout the booking process — communication was clear, timely, and professional from start to finish. She kept us informed every step of the way; before during and after the shoot. Jon did a fantastic job with the photography itself. He made my daughter feel comfortable and confident, and the photos turned out even better than we expected. There was so much variety in the poses and shots, and every picture looked beautiful and natural. From beginning to end, the entire experience was smooth, enjoyable, and professional. They quickly answered a request for a last minute family photo over a holiday weekend. We paid them a deposit. It took weeks for them to tell me the pictures were ready. I paid in full and NEVER got the pictures. Now they cannot be reached. They are not responding by phone, text, or messages thru Thumbtack. Buyers BEWARE. This is not a reputable photographer.
