Stop Scrolling and HIRE THIS COMPANY. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They did exactly what they said they would and they did it amazingly. They price matched! I cannot recommend them enough. We will only be going with these folks moving forward!!
Very unprofessional and pushy, on the phone and messaging. A basic quote from others didnt include repeating how many reviews they have or nationality of their workers... Doesn't respect boundaries, or a "no". Sore loser, and was yelling at his dog when he called me originally. I extended a courtesy as I said I would, of letting him know I am going with someone less expensive. He wanted all the details, and was passive aggressive when I said I dont want to be interrogated- going with someone else. He then passive aggressive responded again, and ended with "goodluck". However, hours later he messaged me again trying to taunt me with info I never gave him, and is inaccurate. He seems unhinged and possibly dangerous. Update: Did not "stop if i stopped" (kept asking to be left alone), I had to block him. And from other women who have told him "no", and left a review, this is a pattern of behavior. Had to block his number from my phone. Thumbtack, please better vet your pros! This is actually insane, ive never had such an unprofessional unhinged interaction before ever in my life. Makes me wonder what other "no" he doesnt listen to... glad I never gave him my address!
Richard was great to work with—he was safe, informative and very personable. His team took on a very difficult challenge bringing in three large cabinets up several flights of narrow stairs and they all kept their cool the entire time! Definitely will hire again.
Exceptional Service! Highly Recommended for a Stress-Free Move I cannot thank these four amazing movers enough for making my first moving experience in the US so seamless. Due to my full-time work schedule, I had zero time to prepare for a last-minute local move, but they took care of everything: packing, loading, unloading, unpacking, furniture assembly, and even junk removal. They were incredibly efficient, packing our rented U-Haul truck like a perfect game of Tetris to maximize space. Every item arrived at the new house without a single scratch. What impressed me most was the affordability. I was worried about the cost, but their rates were much more reasonable than I expected, even for the unpacking and assembly services that spanned several days. Even a few days later, when I received new furniture, they came back promptly to assemble it and hauled away all the old furniture and leftover boxes/trash. All four movers were professional, polite, and worked remarkably fast. I truly hope to hire them again when I buy my "nice dream house" in the future! Thank you so much for your hard work!

If I could give Richard and his crew 10 stars, I would! Communications were great. He always texted back to me in seconds. Flexibility was awesome. This job entailed moving a 600 lb freezer that was delivered to our sidewalk by a trucking company. I coordinated the delivery time with him, and he was there within an hour to take the freezer from the sidewalk into the basement. Value was great. I had 15 minutes left on our 1 hour agreement, and he volunteered to move a refrigerator to to fill up the time! He's the only local company that I would use in the future for heavy lifting jobs. Highly recommended!
What an amazing company! I was thrilled with the professionalism and and quality of work this company provided. The piano that I wanted moved was on the second floor of an old building so some ingenuity was needed to plan out the move. It was done without a scratch to the piano and moving the piano to my home was beautifully done. I highly recommend this company and am grateful for a job well done!!
Rich and his team are fast, responsive, reliable, and all around wonderful to work with. I reached out about help with moving a sectional from a driveway into a house and heard back from him immediately to go over details. Rich and his team did an excellent job installing the TV Wall Mount above the fireplace, the response was very quick and, above all, they are very professional. I recommend Rich and his team 100%. I already have them among my favorite contacts, because it’s truly a pleasure to work with them.
I would recommend Rich and his crew everyday of the week. They were punctual, quick, and all had smiles on their faces throughout the process. We had a massive sectional couch that was not fitting through a very tight stairwell and hallway. Rich as his men jumped into action and removed the window in the stairwell to push it in. (Pictures attached) Then, it was stuck in the hallway. They moved the ceiling over and pushed it through with all of their strength. If it wasn’t for them, we wouldn’t have a couch right now. Will definitely be calling them again!
Rich and his crew were fantastic. I cannot express how appreciative I am of their help especially being a single woman. They were extremely careful, quick and trustworthy. They moved my things from a 10x10 storage unit in Buffalo to an 8x8 storage pod in Niagara Falls. Somehow they managed to neatly pack everything in and took the time to be sure I would be able to open the pod after it is hauled down to Florida. I cannot thank them all enough for making this part of the moving process a breeze! Thank you!!
Rich, and his wife are amazing. Wonderful and very helpful family. They treated me as if I were their daughter, and I really appreciate it. They helped me out a very difficult situation, and they were really nice and genuine people. They recommended me a pizza place, which was very sub par, but they’re just very caring individuals. We had an amazing conversation, and they went out of their way for me. I hope them the best, and if you’re contemplating booking with them, don’t, just do it. You won’t regret it, Rich is a very honest and understanding guy.
Rich had his team done a job for me. They moved my storage space to my apartment quickly and efficiently. They did exactly what I asked, and I was able to get back to work in a sufficient amount of time. Rich was very commutative every step of the way!
