The 2 guys showed up on time and worked hard and I mean hard. They took their time to make sure everything was ready to be moved out and secured into the Uhaul I rented to move. This is the only moving company I will ever use again! Antonio found me a spot on super short notice and got his guys out there right on time! The whole team did 5 star work and everyone was really friendly and got everything done exactly how I wanted! Jamal, Jimmy, Q, and Kenny were super efficient, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were really careful with all of my stuff and had really great prices too! I would give this experience 1 million stars! Thanks so very much y’all!
Movers were VERY efficient moving us in! We unloaded a 20’ truck and 5x8’ trailer in 2.5 hours. They had excellent attitudes and are well worth tipping. Keep up the good work!
The move was from a storage unit to our new home. Our movers were a true joy to work with. They came early to get ready, packed their truck very efficiently to limit trips and they were pleasant and took great care with our things. We have steep stairs and they handled them like pros. We would definitely hire them again.
Tony and his team did a good job with our move, but I think 5bds and 4 stories was a tough job for them. We had a lot of heavy things and I don’t think I was clear enough with how much stuff we had, but the team gave it their all and pushed through with good attitudes. I would definitely recommend them if you have 3bds or less though. Tony’s pricing and communications were really good. All in all we were satisfied.

Took my deposit never responded to me when I asked them questions! Never responded when I was told to give a list of belongings. So I was out of funds needed to move across states! Would not recommend ever!!
Used Haul Pros to move myself and my girlfriend from two separate houses into a new one and they moved us in one day and were very helpful and flexible after we asked for more to be moved and went over our allotted time. Very nice and fun guys and would definitely use them again!
DO NOT hire this company if you wish to have your things taken care of!! The gentlemen that helped us move were very sloppy with our stuff, which resulted in a broken vanity stool, a broken armoire, chipping in our brand new flooring in the basement, planks left out of my sisters bed frame, scratches and chips on several items, and various stains all over our items that took my wife and I hours to clean. The team poorly plastic wrapped most of our items, as you can see in the pictures attached. After all was said and done, I talked to the owner of the company, Tony, and he informed me that his team said all the damage was done to the items before they helped with the move. That couldn’t have been a more untrue statement. After days of trying to resolve the issue, We got nothing worked out and so my family and I were left with a huge bill and to fix the mess from their terrible service. Again, DO NOT waste your money on these guys. On top of all that, the lead of the crew Lance was using inappropriate language when my young siblings and baby nephew were around and was very unprofessional in general. If I could give 0 stars I would, hands down worst experience with a company thus far.
