When I set up the agreement, I notified Hawx that the only available time for the treatment was on the upcoming Saturday. They assured me that they could make this work. They did not show up and they did not call me to say they were not coming. Today, on the Monday after they were supposed to be there, I received an email that the treatment is now scheduled for the following Saturday.

My initial call for service at the beginning of June was for a newly acquired property where these large black roaches kept showing up in the garage. Contracted them and the first visit was supposed to be an inspection to tell me exactly what was going on and then treatment A technician came out on June 5 and never performed an inspection but they sprayed inside and treated on the outside of the home. A couple weeks later I called to request an actual inspection and a service because I kept seeing the roaches and a provider came out, “inspected”, broke my attic door and gave me a verbal report that stated I had rodent activity in my attic and termites in the garage. I’ve asked for an actual report and what was provided to me is depicted below . In July, they showed up unannounced so I was not able to get any treatment on the interior. I called back to get an appointment and the service provider showed up rang the bell and then left…then claimed they treated the property. I called them back immediately, but he never returned. I called back this month for service and an actual inspection. The provider came with a piece of plywood to replace the attic door, but did NOT perform the inspection. I then inquired about the inspection and was told that that was done during the previous visit. He then proceeded to tell me that in order to take care of the rodent problem it would cost a total of $9600. There was no evidence presented of these findings. I needed a report to coincide with his inspection. He STATED that the rodent activity was “horrible up there “. So much so that it had urine and feces and destroyed the insulation. I called in requesting that initial report, got instead a Pandadoc contract for the Service. The other service provider for the treatment never showed up. I have not had interior service for the last two months and whatever the sprayed outside was ineffective. I am absolutely dissatisfied and through with this service and business. I’m out almost $200 for one treatment, a broken attic door and the same problem in that I called them for!
Reached out for an initial quote. This company is super overpriced and when I decline the service, they were rude and the gentleman hung up on me! And then they continue to spam my phone at least 10 times in one afternoon! Steer clear!
Scam. One-time home pest spray was great, but the monthly fee was a scam. I thought I was paying that fee to include additional service for rodents and termites. Then they quoted me $30k for a huge full service with encapsulation... What the hell? Luckily I was within timeframe to cancel the monthly and walk away.
They lied to you they tell you they’ll be out and then they have a complication with their schedule. They set you up for a sub subscription service that you do not know about until after the member has left and after they have not, they have failed to meet their end of the bargain by providing a first service complete.
They are very unprofessional. If I said that it doesn’t work for me then why call me 30 TIMES FROM DIFFERENT NUMBERS? I had to yell finally to get rid of their call list!!
I received phone call from a rep. I shared my issue and we discussed their current promotion and plan option. I told the rep I wanted to speak with my fiance, and after discussing the information with him, he wanted to continue getting quotes before we made a choice. I let the rep know that and that I would reach back out to finalize the details if we settled on them. After a few hours and a few calls, I finally called it quits with even considering them and responded to a text. It has been hours later and I am still getting nonstop phone calls, and when I answer, they hang up or just breathe. Outside of it being annoying, it is poor customer service and I won’t using or recommending this company.
This company is a massive scam!! They are a huge company not a small business. They are dishonest. Come out select months and stated on the phone “ in Georgia you only need certain months.” Really, July in Georgia is pretty buggy. They lie and charge me money every month. Impossible to cancel. They have a 1.5 star rating on google. Run!!!!!
In the future, please don’t contact a potential client by spamming them. It makes them not want to do business with your company.
Extremely aggressive. Called me 20 times in one single day. Unprofessional. I had to ultimately block them as I could not even focus.
