Went from one sales person to another three times. Let me transfer you to my “termite guy”. That termite guy didn’t show up even after three transfers. I hung up and ever since then my phone keeps ringing from an automated hawx pest control. I wouldn’t even bother to put this review if not for these invasive phone calls every 15 minutes.

They were super informative and helpful. I really appreciate the fast response and the transparent pricing.
I didn't really like the representative I talked on the phone because of his attitude. Also they continued sending messages after they told me that they will not do one time treatment. Just felt like there are more than one department got my information but they don't talk to each other and do not have most uptodate information regarding the project.
Do not provide your number to them. Super annoying company that spam calls you every 10 mins.

Charger us for services they did not perform (mosquito spraying), then came and dropped off bate boxes that they never re filled or checked on, but continued to charge us until we cancelled and then charged us a large cancellation fee.

I have been sitting on hold now for 45 minutes trying to cancel my account. When I originally signed up I thought I got an indoor and outdoor service but they only done outdoor when I brought this up they said someone would correct it no one reached back out. When I try to contact someone to cancel the service they say I have to call in when I call in I sit on hold.

Hawx came out and assessed my situation and checked for any entry points to identify any animals. Sprayed both inside and outside and laid bait box. I have noticed a huge difference in insects around my house and look forward to continued service!
