Would not stop calling once they revived my number from here. They’ve called over 59 times for weeks. They’re so thirsty. Got to be a scam. I’m reporting them to all applicable agencies and to thumbtack. Do not use them. Sad case.
They call non stop after submitting a request for a quote. Different numbers, I received 10s of call from 8 to 10 am, even after i requested to stop calling me.
They charged me for a services they didn’t provide, always cancelling appointments and LIED to me about the contracts. The company is fraudulent. Stay away!!!!
Understanding of overall problem of rat pest control through experience.
Terrible customer service. There company have taken 4 extra payments from my account. Every time they have said that they have refunded my money another payment came out. I was told when I got the service that it would take 1-3 days to get rid of the mosquitoes because i had a 67th birthday party i was throwing fornmy mother. After I sign the contract I was told by someone else it when take 10-14 days. However there are still mosquitoes everywhere now.

Extremely spammy & annoying with phone calls, voicemails, texts, emails, at all times of day/night. Don't bother sending them your info, there are more user friendly companies to pick.

I hired another company, Hawk is too pushy. 4 texts, 1 message, and 2 missed calls in less than 24 hours is too much.
A zero salesman. Knows absolutely nothing about pest control and scheduling. Thankfully the actual man that does the extermination’s was very well schooled in what chemicals do. It totally is not his fault but the salesman that I was suckered into signing a contract with That man needs fired. Immediately He needs to find a highway job.
