Read the agreement/contact. If not, they got you locked down on unreasonable fees. It's not worth the headaches.
Everyone we spoke to here has been very friendly and professional. They’re transparent and do not try to sell you additional plans. George is the one that did the treatment on our house and he was great! Very knowledgeable and walked us through the whole process.

They were supposed to be at my home on two different occasions and never showed up for either one and never even answered any of my messages that I sent on the day they were supposed to be here
Strongly suggest folks do not use this service. I had contacted them through thumbtack and they have called me at least 10 times - some in 30 min intervals! - in like 4 hours! SERIOUSLY?! The first time I answered, it was dead air. The second time I got a recording that said “thank you for choosing hawx” then disconnected. This was AFTER a text last night that asked WHEN I wanted them to call me. Maybe their pest service is better than their phone & communication service but I have optioms …
The inspection fees for bed bugs are not terrible. They do an honest job, send pictures, and communicate what their findings are and potential costs of treatment before showing up. Very upfront and honest. In this case they did not find any evidence of bed bugs and informed me promptly.
The customer service I received was beyond exceptional! And their willingness to work with me as a customer, just made this all a great experience. Eric was not only SO helpful, but also very knowledgeable! He went above and beyond to get my pest control plan set up. It was a very easy choice to go with Haws Pest Control to service my home.
Unable to get a quote. Company called multiple times while I was at work. Then they texted and took a long time to respond. Still didn’t get a quote. Said they would send quote info via Thumbstack, never received it. Appointment was made for same day at 3pm. If I contact you on thumbstack I expect the communication to remain with Thumbstack and not receive calls and texts all over the place.
