I am very apprehensive that the problem is being addressed correctly especially when a dead mouse carcass is left in the basement after the inspection for me to clean up. Additionally, there were no traps originally put in the basement, problem area, as well as no effort to plug holes. I have to do too much myself. I am requesting the service to stop without cancellation fee.

Came out quickly and did a good job
I was disappointed at the start since I was scheduled for 8-12 and got moved to 12-4. But Kyle, my Service Pro, was excellent. He was courteous, knowledgeable and easy to work with. So I'm giving a 5 for that.
I recently used Hawx Exterminator for pest control services and had a very positive experience. The technician arrived on time to treat the exterior of my home, which I greatly appreciated. When I called to request a follow-up visit to treat the interior, they were very responsive and accommodating. Overall, the service was excellent, and the responsiveness of the team was commendable. I highly recommend Hawx Exterminator for their reliable and effective pest control services.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They did not fix my issue with ants. They came on a Saturday for my first appointment. For the follow up appointment covered under the contract to do what they should have in the first place, they only have weekday hours between 8-4. I work. I schedule an afternoon Friday and tried to get off work. I could not so I called and on the phone cancelled that appointment and I asked for a Saturday. They scheduled a Saturday by phone and cancelled Friday. They then texted me that they cancelled Saturday and rescheduled for a weekday. They are sending texts saying I was not home for an appointment during the week which I had cancelled via phone at the time of scheduling the Saturday appointment. They are further scheduling weekday appointments without my authorization. I am sure this is to say I am non compliant so I have to pay the 200 fee to cancel with them. That fee should have been the only needed red flag. Why would that be necessary if they are reputable. Run from this company!
Hawx did an okay job. I was having issues with gnats (They aren't as bad, but still around). I'd rate them higher except you are required to use their services for one, or you must pay a $200 cancellation fee. I think that is a predatory practice.

I had a great experience with Hawx Pest Control. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. They arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and answered all my questions.
