It’s a shame there isn’t a zero rating. Not only is the service the absolute worst but the customer care is abhorrent. I had to get 3 visits before my home was cleared of ants and other pests. I told them I didn’t want to continue service since the beginning of July. I didn’t get service in July. I’m now being billed for August after all of my attempts to reach They repeatedly attempted to bill my card. I messaged via email, text, and when told they’d only accept anything was by phone. It is a terminal hold… I pushed a button to contact for new service and they picked right up. I’ve been on hold for almost an hour with the request for a call back just like always and nothing. I’ve been in the hospital this month- I don’t need the stress. This never should have happened to go on so long. I canceled the card attached to this company after I talked to my bank and reported their repeated billing and charging. After 3 attempts to get service with multiple cancellations, the technician came out to the house without the product needed to explicitly address my pest problem. I called again to the office and also ask the technician to report as well. I have made 3 payments. It took over a month to get my initial needs met. I didn’t get the service which I paid for. They are impossible to deal with customer service wise. The service is subpar at best. These are fraudsters.

Scheduled next day appointment provided credit card details got emajl confirmation only to find out (after receiving several sales calls) that I was not on schedule. When I called to resolve I was transferred back and forth 5 times...to same departments. This is unacceptable.
