Hawx spammed me with robo calls and texts.
DO NOT use this service if you are looking for a one time service. They will have you hastily sign an agreement prior to scheduling an appointment. I was told I could cancel at anytime and consider this a one time service. When I tried to cancel I was told I was locked in for one year with a quarterly service that is billed MONTHLY. And because I didn’t cancel within 3 days the only way out is to pay an early service agreement of $199 (equivalent to 4 months of payments). This company will use every tactic to keep you locked in and it feels extremely scammy. We had them come out to take down a hornet nest and when they were done they left the remains of dead hornets and nest on our porch. I do not recommend this company.
Hawx Did Not Show Up As They Were Scheduled To Come Out At 10:00am To My House To Give Me A Quote Asking For A $50.00 Inspection Fee! At 10:30am I Called Hawx To See If They Were Still Coming Out, I Spoke With A Person Named "Jaxson" And He Said There Was No Record Of Me Making The Appointment. That's Funny, Attached To This Below Is His Message To Me! Furthermore He Quoted $100 Inspection Fee To Come Out And Gave an Estimate Of $1500.00 To Treat 3 Rooms!!! WOW! Piss Poor Service!!! SAY NO TO "Hawx Pest Control" Here Is The Message From "Jaxson" Thank you for reaching out to Hawx Pest Control. My name is Jaxson and I will take care of your pest control needs. Chad was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the service he was providing, answered all questions, and really put our mind to ease. He was very professional, respectful of our home and seemed empathetic to our situation. Don't think we could've received a better service. Juries out on how effective the treatment is, but as far as my first contact the service was exceptional.
Hawx Pest Control responded to my inquiry quickly. All agreements were signed and appointment was made before the evening was over. Beckie Gifford called to let me know when she would arrive and was very nice and professional. All of my concerns were taken care of and Beckie Gifford then followed up with a text message listing everything she did. I highly recommend Hawx Pest Control.
My tenant had extensive mouse infestation I had used another company but they did not stand behind their work. So far I'm pleased with the quality and professionalism of Hawx's work but reserve the right to reevaluate based on their follow up
Customer service is terrible. I reached out to the business for pest control needs. Someone from the company reached out via text around 10am on a Friday to schedule a service. I asked them for more information on pricing and they said someone would give me a call. Well that someone called from an unknown number 8 times within 2 hours. Not once did they leave a message. I noticed all the missed calls when I took a break from work and was immediately alarmed that someone would call so many times in such a short time frame. I thought there was a crisis somewhere so I called back, just to learn it was Hawx pest control. I immediately alerted the original rep about the missed calls, flagging that that was quite inappropriate, and the rep turned the tables on me. It's clear Hawx needs some customer service work and better understanding of their potential clients. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I requested a quote and they responded very quickly. I would have liked to hire the company but they were only offering a subscription service. I been living in my home for 2 yrs and this is the first time I had an ant issue. I only wanted it treated and resolved. I didn’t want a subscription. I asked if that is the only offer and was told yes. However Chase was very polite and responded quickly.
