Even though this is listed as rodents services and shows up as an option when you search critter control, you call up and when I mention the problem you say sorry we don't do this and hang up! Why even list your service availability if you don't provide rodent removal from ducts etc.

Horrible customer service. Pestering to sign contract but scheduling appointments when the office is closed. I did not sign the contract because what I asked for was not in the contract and added as an add on.
I inquired about an estimate and got bombarded with texts. Will not be using them.
If I could give zero stars I would. Never use this company. It’s a predatory contract. They will harass you. They will not listen to you. They do not care about abiding by their contract agreements and deliverables. Just don’t. Save your money. You are better off diy or trying to catch a rabid rodent with your bare hands. Not kidding. I now have to go to court and join a class action law suit just say no.
This company is awful! They lead you to believe you are paying for a monthly service BUT in reality they have signed you up for a yearly contract that you pay monthly. If you want to cancel they charge you $200. The sales person at no time said it was a contract. They send you a small online form which says you have been verbally informed of your rights to cancel. We were not verbally informed. They use deceptive sales tactics. save yourself the hassle and money and use a different company.

Spoke with Eric, who speedily responded with contacting me about our needs. Eric was instrumental in explaining the services Hawx provides. It was John who came out to render the service. He was prompt, professional and polite. He went immediately to the trouble spot (attic)to check for any signs of the suspected noisy rodent. He found none and the went up to the roof to investigate even further. When he nailed down on what our issue was or wasn’t, he decided to treat the inside and outside of the house to insure we would soon have relief from the noise making critters. I would definitely recommend Hawx.
Hawx wasted my time. I had sent pictures and a description of my problem. The corporate scheduling team assured me they could handle the hornet nest attached to my house. The tech that came out had not seen the picture or description, and was ultimately unable to remove the nest. I was referred to another company. The other company turned out to be significantly cheaper, so win for me I guess? When I called Hawx back to get a refund, I was placed on hold for a long time before getting through to someone that could help. Two stars instead of one because the tech was on time and courteous.
Craig showed up on time, was very friendly and explained everything. He also showed us some fixes we could do to help get rid of the ants.
Very professional and also very detailed by photo taking and explaining all that was going on. Would recommend your company as highly efficient.
